This protein shake is literally a dream. It’s low in calories, high in protein and provides the energy boost to start your day. I am typically that person who will have three different drinks sitting on their desk in the morning – water, matcha latte\/coffee and a protein shake. With this recipe you can at least combine the latter two…maybe even combine all three and substitute the water for milk. It might be a little bland and not as creamy though. Either way this combination tastes so good that you will be forgoing your $7 matcha lattes for this one! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk <\/li>
• 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (i use the tropeaka lean vanilla protein powder)<\/li>
• 1\/2 of a frozen banana (if not frozen, use more ice)<\/li>
• 1\/2 tsp of matcha powder <\/li>
• 1\/4 tsp of ashwagandha<\/li>
• 1 cup spinach <\/li>
• 2-3 ice cubes <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

  Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender. Enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
